Cook's Ticket - Danish Ship's Cook Certificate Training

Cook's Ticket: Digital training and assessment for ship's cooks. Recognised by the Danish Maritime Authority to deliver training and assessment under MLC 2006, Standard A3.2 and Danish Order no. 1305 (BEK 1305). This programme delivers the eight-module theoretical training, a practical video assessment and a proctored final exam. On a pass, Cook's Ticket issues a Certificate of Completion; the official Danish Ship's Cook Certificate is then applied for separately from the Danish Maritime Authority.
